Nutrition coaching with me is not about rigid plans or quick fixes. It is about learning how your body responds to food - and using that understanding to support balance, energy, and long-term wellbeing. I work one-to-one with individuals who want to address ongoing health concerns, improve how they feel day to day, and build a more confident, sustainable relationship with food.

My role is not to tell you what to eat forever, but to help you understand why certain foods support you - so you can make informed choices long after our work together ends.
