MY STORY

I didn’t arrive at nutrition through trends or theory; it began with lived experience.

At nineteen, a diet built around convenience foods caught up with me. Persistent digestive issues escalated into emergency surgery, forcing me to confront the impact food was having on my body in a very real way. That moment became a turning point, sparking a deep curiosity about nourishment, healing, and the body’s ability to recover when properly supported.

This experience led me to study at the College of NaturopathicNutrition, where I graduated with a diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition. My training gave structure and understanding to what I had already begun to learn firsthand - that food has the power to either burden the body or support it back into balance.

Over time, my work evolved beyond individual nutrition supportinto something more experiential. I wanted to create environments where people could step away from daily pressures, reconnect with themselves, and learn how to nourish their bodies in a way that felt achievable and sustainable.

Today, whether I’m working one-to-one, within organisations, or supporting retreat guests, my aim remains the same: to help people leave feeling empowered - with practical knowledge they can apply to their own lives, long after our time together ends.ideas, real impact.
